Neda el Món Training Camp agenda

Here you have the agenda for the Neda el Món Training Camp that we will be holding next March 11, 12 and 13 at the Crol Centre of Calella (Barcelona), with open water swimming sessions as well as sessions at the swimming pool. There will also be other contents aimed to improve your knowledge and performance: mental preparation, nutrition, recovering, stretching, dry land training, and the recording and subsequent analysis of the technique of each swimmer.
Day 11

- 9:00 h 10:50 h Training in the swimming pool and recording of all swimmers with Boris Pallares and Marian Garcia

- 11:00 h 12:30 h Colloquium with Santi Pellejero: open water training
- 12:30 h 14:00 h OWS tips and recording and analysis of all swimmers with Boris Pallares and Marian Garcia

- 16:30 h 18:30 h Training in the swimming pool with Boris Pallares

The Neda el Món Training Camp is coordinated by the Neda el Món Club technical staff. With accomodation in a double room and all meals included for only 195 €!
Services
- Two nights’ stay in a double room at the St. Jordi Hotel, at the centre of Calella, at just one minute walk of the Crol Centre of Calella.
- Full board at the St. Jordi Hotel from Friday evening till Sunday midday.
