It will take place on June 21, and with some changes regarding the distances: 3,000 m, 6,000 m and 9,000 m, competitive and non-competitive.

The Neda el Món Sailfish Prades Siurana is a fresh water swim in a unique environment that never ceases to amaze newcomers and veterans. You have to live it! It’s also an ideal event to bring your friends and relatives and enjoy the weekend.

The Siurana Lake is surrounded by spectacular sceneries of the Montsant Range. It’s near Prades, a wine land, olive oil land and hazelnut bushes.

The swim of Melanie Pouquet's dreams is becoming true: swimming around the island of Mallorca. In stages, with no hurry and enjoying the stunning land and water landscape found in each stroke.

Friends and relatives of the swimmers participating in the 5th Neda el Món Sailfish Sa Dragonera swim will be able to follow the event  from a sailboat that will also go around this spectacular island of Mallorca.

The sailboats will depart from the beach of Sant Elm and will follow the swimmers once they have already left from the port of Sa Dragonera. They will return to the port before the first swimmer arrives, so everyone can see the arrival of all swimmers.

The Neda el Món Club training schedule includes sessions in the sea like the one that will take place this Sunday 10th May at 10 am at El Masnou. If you are not a member of the Neda el Món Club but still would like to share with us this open water session, join us!

The training will be supervised by the Neda el Món Club technical team with the following objectives:

• To analyze the basic flaws in freestyle swimming
• Introduce warm up and warm down habits in the workouts
• Improving the technique of swimming in the open sea
• Understanding the structure of a workout
• Exposing the benefits of a training program

There are no frontiers to Neda el Món! This time we are going to France, to the Languedoc-Roussillon zone, at only 45 minutes from Catalonia.

Leucate La Franqui is situated at the Gulf of Lion, more precisely at the Corbières Maritimes, between Perpignan and Narbonne. The event will consist of a 3,5 km swim and a 6,1 km swim. They will be held one after the other, so anyone who wants to swim both will be able to do it, swimming a total of 9.6 km.
