SwimRun is a test for couples where multiple race and open-water sections are combined without transitions. It is swim with sports shoes and the use of pull buoy and maniples is allowed. Since 2005 SwimRun has become a mass sport in the Nordic Countries and Neda el Món has organized a test of these characteristics for the first time in 2016 in the coast de Barcelona.
Costa Brava is one of the most important tourist brands in Europe. The succession of natural spaces that we find throughout this coast, from the border with France to the mouth of the Tordera River, becomes a true paradise for the practice of all kinds of outdoor activities. Between sea and mountain, hikers and athletes have paths and paths that run on places of incomparable beauty.
The 1st Neda el Món Swim Run El Port de la Selva runs through the North Costa Brava. The race has two distances: 10K and 25K, with departs from the beach of Llançà, and arrivals at the fishing village of El Port de la Selva.
