Neda el Món offers a day training activity which allows to know and experience those additional techniques with open water swimming. In addition, as we have always done, we will enjoy the experience of our coaches of Club Neda el Món, who will lead us to practice the theoretical techniques to crawl and open water part. Everything in the Parc del Forum and with two practice sessions at sea.

Experience the training system dry for open water, combining functional work, flexibility and TRX exercises.
Observation and monitoring the nutrition and hydration tips on long runs in open waters.
