Neda el Món is preparing a three days’ holiday with open water swimming at the most beautiful places of the Catalan coast: Cap de Creus, Cap Norfeu, Sa Coua de l'Infern, Cala Fredosa, Cala Jugadora… At the crossings you will have, as always, Neda el Món‘s safety measures.

The SwimHolidays Costa Brava costs 985€ per person, for swimmers as well as for their friends or relatives.

 

Program

Day 1, afternoon. Crossing Cala Jugadora - Ses Ielles - Morro de Cala Bona - Cala Torta - Racó d'en Codera, 3.4k.
Day 2, morning. Crossing Cap Creus - Sa Coua de l'Infern - Cala Fredosa - Cala Jugadora, 3.8k.
Day 2, afternoon. Visit to the beautiful town of Cadaqués. A guided tour is optional.
Day 3, morning. Cap Norfeu crossing, 5.8k

All distances are for reference. The swimmer can get on the boat at any time and rest.

 

Services

  • Accommodation. Swimmers must book accommodation in the city of Roses (Girona).
  • Crossings. 3 crossings will be organised. Motor boats and kayaks will be available to assist swimmers.
  • Health Service. The boats will be equipped with the medical service in case a swimmer might need it.
  • Insurance. All swimmers will have a liability insurance and an insurance against accidents.
  • Companions. The companion program will be adapted according to their preferences (follow-up by boat, by car, visits to beaches, etc.)
  • Present. All swimmers will get ISHOF Neda el Món buoy as commemorative present plus a swimming cap.

Note: Acceptance of registrations will be subject to a minimum number of registrations (12). If the minimum number of registrations is not reached, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
