Neda el Món Stories (3): Howard Cooper, Guinness World Record!

Howard Cooper has made history! Our French-American swim addict is, since this past October, the oldest person to swim from Asia to Europe across the Aegean Sea. Howard completed the Rhodes–Marmaris crossing, from Kizilada Island to Windy Beach, in 7 hours and 11 minutes.

Howard was born on February 2, 1948, which means he took on the challenge at 77 years old. The World Record Certification Agency has certified the achievement, which has also been recognized as a Guinness World Record. Congratulations, Howard!
